Shipping Information

We strive to process all orders with care and efficiency. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.

Once your order is on its way, you can expect the following delivery timelines based on your chosen shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat rate of $12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship globally, with exceptions for some parts of Asia and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items:
  • Slippers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Items not in their original condition (worn, altered, or damaged).
  • Items without original packaging or tags.
  • Items received beyond the 15-day return window.
All other product categories – Flats, Heels & Pumps, Sandals, Sneakers & Athletic Shoes – are eligible for returns and exchanges under our standard policy.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and desired exchange size/style if applicable. You may use the template provided at the bottom of this policy.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 48 hours with a returns authorization and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original condition, include all documentation, and ship it to the address provided. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return or exchange is processed.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please indicate your desired size or style in your initial email. We will process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend insuring your return package, as Noble Heels is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
