Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Slippers unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. All other product categories (Flats, Heels & Pumps, Sandals, Sneakers & Athletic Shoes) are eligible for returns and exchanges following our standard policy.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 48 hours with a returns authorization and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original condition and include all documentation. Ship to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once your return or exchange is processed.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please indicate your desired size or style in your initial email. We will process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend insuring your return package, as Noble Heels is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

In addition to slippers (unless defective), the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items not in original condition (worn, altered, or damaged)
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased beyond the 15-day return window
